Statewide LED Lighting Replacement and Smart Technology Project New York Power Authority’s (NYPA) statewide initiative to replace all existing HID street lighting systems with LED replacements including integrated Smart Technologies. Turnkey Design and Construction Manager for approximately 200 projects of varying size and complexity ranging from small municipalities (<100 fixtures) to large cities (>20,000 fixtures). 

Empire State Plaza – Exterior/Interior Lighting Turnkey Design and Construction Manager for a full replacement of the exterior lighting system with color changing theme lighting as well as the full replacement of all existing interior lighting in all Plaza Buildings with a controllable LED system.  Interior scope included the replacement of over 20,000 light fixtures.
