New York State Office of General Services - Infrastructure Upgrades Project
Project Highlights: This program includes approximately $150 million in construction value spanning close to 30 projects that will upgrade and replace aging infrastructure at the Empire State Plaza over the next five years.
Project Description: Construction Manager for extensive infrastructure upgrades and modifications to fire alarm systems, escalators and elevators, and existing mechanical and electrical equipment/services to increase energy efficiency. Projects also included will be structural repairs to the surrounding stairways and stair towers, tunnels, parking garages, storm-water collection systems, etc. and the repaving of the surrounding parking lots and roadways that serve the plaza.
