Guth DeConzo, an Engineering and Construction Management Firm with offices in New York City, Troy, NY, Lake Success, NY and Stony Brook, NY, has been awarded a contract for Construction Management Services on a portfolio of projects at the Anderson Center for Autism’s Staatsburg, NY campus. Included in the portfolio of projects are a number of “subprojects” with the largest being construction of a new Dellinwood Residence House. Other projects include construction of a new wastewater treatment plant, reconstruction of the existing facility entrance to include widening and operable security gates and reconstruction and widening of an existing campus loop road.
