Guth DeConzo, an Engineering and Construction Management Firm with offices in New York City, Troy, NY, Lake Success, NY and Stony Brook, NY, announced new additions since June, 2023 to the Construction Management Group:

• Kari Bornt has joined the CM Group as Operations Manager and will be based out of the Troy Office. Kari will oversee Guth’s CM Group Level QA/QC, Safety and Compliance Programs as well as manage the Strategic Master Planning component of Guth’s OGS CM Services Infrastructure Portfolio at the Empire State Plaza in Albany, NY.
• Travon Malone has joined the CM Group as a Construction Manager and will be based out of the Lake Success Office. Travon will be assigned to the NYCT Phase 2-3 Bus Charging Project.
• Richard Labita has joined the CM Group as a Construction Superintendent and will be based out of the Lake Success Office. Richard will be assigned to the NYCT Phase 2-3 Bus Charging Project.
• Joseph Galea has joined the CM Group as a Senior Construction Superintendent and will be based out of the Troy Office. Joe will be assigned to the OGS Infrastructure Projects.
• Steven Gonzalez has joined the CM Group as a Construction Superintendent and will be based out of the Lake Success Office. Steven will be assigned to Guth’s portfolio of projects at JFK airport and NYC DCAS facilities.
