Guth DeConzo, an Engineering and Construction Management Firm with offices in New York City, Troy, NY, Lake Success, NY and Stony Brook, NY, was well represented at the 2023 NYPA Diversity Expo held March 1, 2023 at The Opus in White Plains, New York.

Senior Construction Manager Mike Spencer, (pictured above right) was a keynote speaker on a panel discussing Teaming Up: Gaining Contracts by Partnering with Other Diverse Businesses.

“When you break down what we do each day as Construction Managers, what we actually build on our projects are relationships – with our Owners, Subcontractors and Suppliers. Projects, by themselves, have a life cycle. What doesn’t have a life cycle are the long-term partnerships we create with all our Subcontractors and Suppliers. They are an integral piece of our success, and this was a great opportunity to meet with them, outside of the job site, and thank them for all their hard work and efforts.
