Project Description:

Construction Manager for a fast track project which includes a splash park area with slide, wading pool, seven lane lap pool and new bathhouse, scheduled to be open by July 1, 2025.

Construction operations are expected to involve daily, multi shift operations in order to meet the aggressive timeline. The project also includes extensive site stabilization and construction of a 500,000 gallon stormwater retention system. The original pool and bathhouse, both of which are listed on the New York State Registry and recently nominated for the National Registry, were constructed in 1930 and remained in operation until 2023.
