Construction Manager for extensive infrastructure upgrades. Major projects included in the portfolio include:

• Cultural Education Center, MER1 Upgrades Project – $115M
• Reconstruction of Plaza Waterproofing Systems – $100M
• Reconstruction of Eastern Approach to State Capital Project – $72M
• Egg Theater Renovation Project – $20M
• Replacement of JOB/LOB Building Fire Alarm System – $15M
• Upgrades to Swan Street Fire Alarm System – $12M
• Modernization of CEC Elevators and Escalators – $30M
• Arterial Expansion Joint Replacement Project – $20M
• Swan Street Reconstruction – $10M
• Empire State Plaza Sprinkler Testing and Modifications – $15M

Guth DeConzo Construction Management was also responsible for the development, negotiation and is signatory to a Project Labor Agreement with the Albany Building Trades for a number of projects within the portfolio.
